Horizonte provides a comprehensive construction and renovation management platform including: • AI-driven project planning and phase generation. • Task management and material cost estimation. • Business management tools including service lists, company profiles, and 'Stories'. • Invoicing systems for professionals and their clients. • Budget tracking and historical spending analysis.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information, including business details if applicable. Horizonte reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. Verified Companies & Professional Services

Horizonte identifies certain companies as 'Verified'. This verification indicates that the company has provided basic documentation and exists as a legal entity. However, Horizonte is not a party to any agreement between users and companies. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by third-party companies found through the platform.

5. AI-Generated Content & Planning

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate project plans, cost ranges, and timelines. These are estimates based on provided parameters and historical data. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or financial advice. Always consult with a licensed professional before starting construction.

6. Invoicing & Financial Transactions

Horizonte provides tools for creating and sending invoices. We are not a payment processor, bank, or financial institution. Any payments made between users are external to the platform unless otherwise specified. Horizonte is not responsible for tax calculations, collection, or reporting for transactions initiated via our invoicing tool.

7. User Content & 'Stories'

By uploading images, thumbnails, or 'Stories', you grant Horizonte a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content to other users on the platform. You represent that you own all rights to the media you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Horizonte. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizonte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated project plans.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Horizonte operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
